The Laboratories handle the contact details and brief you submit to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards a business relationship.
What is processed
The form requests your name, email, company, collaboration route and short brief. Market, product, quantities and meeting preferences are optional. Reviewing or saving a draft happens on your device. Direct sending transmits the form to our server and then to the Laboratories’ designated email recipients. Using your email application instead is subject to that application’s own processing.
Do not submit health data, patient records, payment information or confidential dossiers through this initial enquiry form. There are no file uploads.
Security, cookies & retention
The website does not embed advertising trackers or analytics. Opening secure direct sending creates a strictly necessary session cookie for request security. Hashed identifiers derived from the IP address and email are used for abuse limits, with rate-limit entries expiring within 24 hours; expired entries are removed on subsequent requests. The contact service does not write enquiry bodies to a database or local file. Enquiries remain in the designated mailboxes for handling and necessary business records; routine server access logs are managed separately by the hosting administrator.
